I have started rust repairs on a 1.6 I have I'm in need of wings and the headlight panels / inner arches are these still available form any where?

Hadrian panels do/did the headlight panels, or do the full front panel.

 

if I was you i’d cut out and replace the bad bits only rather than changing the full lot or individual panels. IIRC there is small spot welds that could be drilled out to get you some bits.
