commievid 8 Posted January 15, 2018 Hi all, Ordered a foam seat base from 205gticovers, mainly because one of the bolts attaching the seat to the frame has sheared, so decided might as well refresh it up if I'm going to separate the seats and subframe. I've been searching around the forums and have noticed that there are some websites in France that seem to offer something that could either be retrim services or just the trims. Just wanted to find out if anyone has had any previous experience of seat trims from these French companies at all? This page for example, once given to Google Translate, suggests a "semi-leather" and quartet trim and also seat pads? Would that mean these are the seat covers, ready to go over the seat foams and then hog ringed or ziptied or whatever? Or is there still additional stitching and that sort of stuff?
