Gti6 Intake Manifold To Mi16

Few days ago I installed GTI6 intake manifold on my 405 MI16 and I'd like to share this information and photographs with the group to make the next guy's life little easier.

I used Ebay Evolution style 70mm throttle with EVO TPS and ISC. My car runs ECM link V3,speed density,E85 fuel with flex fuel sensor.

Why did you use for the ignition coil(s)?

Coils,spark plug wires (8.5mm),ECU,engine harness,coolant temp sensor,fuel rail, and ignitor came out of 2g DSM. Injectors are factory EVO 560's,EVO TPS ,EVO ISC and CAS (cam angle sensor) is from 1g DSM. Software is ECM link V3 speed density with GM AIT and AEM MAP sensor. Fuel pump is AEM E 85 with billet E85 fuel filter,-6 braided hose and Fuel Lab FPR and LC1 WB.

I end up using GTI6 battery box for much cleaner look.

I designed this CAS adapter my self and had it made by fabrication shop. The real challenge was to fined TDC for base timing adjustment and engine TDC to CAS TDC. Everything worked out well on the end. I probably got about 15.000 on this set up with out any issues.

That's really nice.

I've had that set up before Mi16 / Gti6 inlet, Emerald ECU but it looked shocking compared to yours.
