Where Goes Long Head Bolt?

Where do the long bolt go?

 

It has been so long ago I took my engine apart I can't remember where the long bolt goes. It is an iron bottom from a 2.0 mi16 with a 1.9 mi16 top.

The odd bolt out is the exhaust side nearest the cambelt.
