D6C - 10.8 Compression On 2 Row Management Ml4.1

Would a 10.8 compression ratio work on a standard ML4.1 management? The rest will be standard, or at most a Stage1 cam from PeterT.

As it has no knock sensor would it ping itself to death?

Nope, it will be fine. Even better if you use my chip as well. It has less advance.
