Just changed my radiator and had a leak from the cooling fan switch , so fitted a new washer and some ptfe tape round it and it's still leaking . Any ideas what to do to / fit stop it ?

you should only need the copper washer, where is it leaking?

Agree with Welsh. Have you got it tight enough? As it's in an awkward place. 29mm spanner.

I would try a new washer and inspect the radiator for any damage, possible that the plastic is damaged around the brass insert for the threads.

Ok thanks new washer again and seems to be ok , next problem I also have a small leak / drop coming from just above corner of the sump drivers side below drive belt , it's not the coolant hoses , could it be from the water pump seal leaking ?

yeah, not often seen the gasket for a pump leak, only the internal seal after the bearing gets a bit of wear in it.

Seems to be only leaking once the car is stationary and engine has been switched off , no noise from the pump

Popped it to the garage yesterday they checked all hoses couldn't find anything leaking and of course didn't leak there , just took it for another run now and the leak is back again from drivers side corner sump area , seems only after stationary and a run , would it still be the water pump seal then ?
