Gaz205 50 Posted March 28, 2017 Hi I can't find anything on here that really helps. I've done a hell of a lot of bolt cutting and now need to replace. Can anyone help with the lengths and diameters please for: 1.Valance to bumper nut bolt and washer sizes 2.Suitable nut and bolt size for the bumper bars (not the under wing ones) to weld a captive bolt in place of the original welded in bolt 3.The length of the T bar bolts on the rear outer and front outer sides of the bumpers. 4. Leslie green 110 Posted March 28, 2017 (edited) 1 id say m6 maybe 20 to 25mm they are quite small from bumper to valence 3 there are 30mm and 50mm t bolts I suspect the longer ones are used on the sides as they have a slider to go through on the front bumper(mine are missing too) ,not sure on the rear side but there is a rubber bush there too with the shorter bolts front and back.
