Tom Fenton 1,548 Posted March 23, 2017 Do the bulk cuts with an air saw or grinder. EG get the big lumps of panel out of the way. Then spot weld drills are the only way of doing the rest neatly TBH, to unpick the spot welded flanges. Its what the professionals use and that's good enough for me.
