toolie72 67 1 Cars Posted March 8, 2017 Anybody had any issues dealing with constella? Emailed them about linkages, had money on PayPal so bought them via eBay No word since, no replies to emails Don't want to raise it with eBay but if it's the only way to get linkages or £65 back then I will Thoughts? Mikey S 29 1 Cars Posted March 9, 2017 Anybody had any issues dealing with constella? Emailed them about linkages, had money on PayPal so bought them via eBay No word since, no replies to emails Don't want to raise it with eBay but if it's the only way to get linkages or £65 back then I will Thoughts? When did you order them? I'm pretty sure it's 7 days before you can start a claim. eBay will want you to confer with the seller before it gets involved, handy considering they aren't answering emails...... Did you buy there gear linkage kit? Mike
toolie72 67 1 Cars Posted March 9, 2017 Aye gear linkage kit 7days? Nah I've given them a wee bitty longer than that!! Lol Not chasing them-eBay can sort it out And no, when it's sorted out I won't be buying from them again, pity, you try and deal with the "small" guy in case they're struggling

AlexRS2782 136 1 Cars Posted March 9, 2017 (edited) Pug racing, Miles on here. Had his gear linkage kit on my 205 for years. Top quality, still looks new. Same here. Had a set of Miles' linkages on mine since early '09 and they're still in excellent condition One of my first purchases for the car, in my first year of ownership, iirc. Fairly certain there have been posts on here and / or Facebook that have indicated issues with a couple of other types from other providers be it either not great quality metal or poor threads on the adjustment side of things. Some of the posts were from a few years ago so maybe things have improved? but I'm sure I've seen pics on Facebook showing how the long gear road of (possibly) the company mentioned in the title of this thread had sheared / snapped after a short period of time. If you get nowhere with them, get the £££ refunded via eBay / Paypal & get in touch with Miles Edited March 9, 2017 by AlexRS2782
