Am I Missing Something From Heat Shield?

So I got another batch of the cti bits plated. They all came back looking great.

 

Now I know from previous batches that the platers usually remove any aluminium rivits on the heat shields. But this time I don't think they've sent me all of it back. Anyone know from the pic below if I'm missing abit??

 

I'm sure there was another piece riveted to this bit via the top two little holes you can see? This is from a power steering model btw.
