Bonnet Hinge Spacer Washers

Are the washers supposed to sit towards the chassi side?

 

Is there some sort of spring washer that is supposed to be on the other side? I only have the "special washers"/hats and none of the bolts or other parts.

Yes, however I can't remember how it looks and which way around things should be mounted.

The illustrations in servicebox is really poor sometimes.

 

Think I'll just order some of these then and guess it'll be ok.
