Engine Info From Stamp?

Hi All

 

I have recently bought another 1.9 engine. I've noticed the following info on the stamp:

 

1CW6L

000851

 

and on another tag;

 

D6B

 

What info can I get from these 3 numbers?

 

Ideally would like to know age if possible too...

rough age you can determine from the year stamps they have
