Main Fuse Board Fixing - Help Needed

Recommended Posts

Motorsport Artist

I'm currently trying to identify what the right hand side ball lug of the main fuse board in the glove box fits into? I can see it's a ball and socket joint like the left hand side (which is present and correct) but I purchased the car in bits and think a have the socket element missing for the right hand side. I can't find anything over helpful in the Haynes manual so wondering if anyone has a useful pic of this in place?

If I am missing a part does anyone have one please?

Thanks

Fran

Hi Barney,

Thanks so much for taking the time to do this for me. It is clear from your pics that the black collar that pushes onto the right hand ball joint is missing on my fuseboard so I'll have to try and source one of those. I am not using the airbox as I have fitted a SachShift and intend to fit a heated screen instead so I may have to fabricate a bracket too.

Again, really grateful to you.

Happy new year.

Fran
