I have recently wired in a complete wiring loom for my k20 205 and now im left with a bunch of loose wires thats in my engine bay.

Also now when my headlights are switched on the indicators are on too, why did that happen?

Heres the links to the images, i tried to trace down the relays on haynes manual its showing coolant sensor and fan relay i dont know if its correct.

I need help..

Last one is fan relays for sure. Where did the loom originally come from?

The yellow plug with 5 or 6 yellow/green earth wires on it needs to plug into an earth block between the radiator and the headlight for a start. And once you do that your indicators will probably stop coming on with the headlights!

If you don't have the earth block to plug it into and you aren't worried about originality and you want it to work reliably chop off the yellow multiplug and crimp the wires into a ring connector then bolt that to the front panel.

That yellow plug is part of those 3relays.

I wont be using them because the k20 honda engine has coolant sensors built into the ecu.

I dont know where the other plugs go ones with single terminal plugs and ring terminals

The fan loom with multiple relays should be a self contained sub loom so you can remove it entirely if you wont be using it. That style of fan loom was used on models with twin fans, i.e. turbo diesels and maybe models with air con..

So do you have similar yellow ground connectors already plugged in between the headlight and radiator?

Yes there was two one on each side and they are plugged in.

Can the headlight problem relate to anything inside the car, because my headlights switch on with the key out of the ignition,

So somewhere in the loom is getting constant power.

Im going to the garage again today ill take more clearer pictures of where the loose wires are and where they coming from.

It could be a fault with the stalk I guess, there are separate plugs on it for the indicators and the lights so you can disconnect them in turn to test. The headlights and hazard warning lights both work with the ignition off so having the key off means nothing.

What are the rear lights doing when the front lights and indicators are on? Are they all plugged in and grounded properly?

Does it have an aftermarket alarm fitted?

I sorted it out mate,

There was two thick yellow and green wires crimped into on terminal, i accidently touch the chassis with it and it flickered now eveythings working.

Thanks for the help leading me to the right direction.
