Greetings, fitting this to my series 1 and the aux belt when fitted is rubbing nicely on the lower rad hose, how do you overcome this? Please do not suggest dropping air con, its needed in this part of the world.

I think you're the only one running this setup but I'm in a similar position with a super charger and the PAS pump where the air con goes. My radiator is mounted further forward and the coolant hose is extended and comes out past the front panel and around.

I used some washers between the metal coolant pipe mounting and the wheel arch to effectively push the pipework outwards towards the wheel and away from the aux belt area. This might work depending how close it is
