I cant seem to see any Guides that look like the one fitted to ours. Most just seem to be a triangle and dont follow the lines of the box like the above picture. Im guessing these are just patten parts but will do the job.

What clutch is it as most AP etc use a large bearing which needs some work to fit, Sleeve is a dealer item for around £25,00, you can get pattern but not something I would do there

You've got an early item there, superseeded by the pressed steel type.

not sure if that earlier type is available but febi items are fine at £4 odd on trade.

It has an AP 4 paddle fitted. The bearing has seized and fell apart.

From the bits I have and a quick search it looks to be a standard realease bearing set up.

Ahh looking in the cars Bible it should have an AP racing bearing. Which then some how fits to the plate.

Finally got some snaps sent over. Thats the trouble when not with the car.

AP racing carrier or some home brew knock up. ?

Either way its failed

Never seen one like that with the std backing so it could have been modded knowing the history of your car, do AP have anything listed or still universal

AB Motorsport use to modify the std plate to accept the AP bearing.

Miles - more than likely. Ap dont sell a release set up but just the bearings on their own. They do one that will work with the alloy middle part.

New Ap Bearing fitted. Bit of a mare sorting this but a standard one would last all of 5mins.
