erbs 42 1 Cars Posted June 25, 2016 (edited) opening a can of worms here just need an idea what it could be worth been repainted and i rebuilt the engine myself, had a new fuel pump, all the brakes and lines replaced, passed MOT no probs anything that needed doing has been done. Not yet got round to refurbishing rear beam but its not seized interior is in excellent condition new front windscreen and (seal genuine from pug) all the bumper brackets have been replaced with Bakerbm parts as well all 5 wheels have been refurbished with 5 new tyres and are original to the car the rear quarter badges are back on the car now engine was rebuilt at 100.000 miles Edited June 25, 2016 by erbs Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

steve@cornwall 100 Posted June 26, 2016 Really difficult to say. My first reaction was , what a lovely looking car, then, wow non sunny and wow,wow Ph1.an the price goes up every time. Then the nit picking begins. needs grey plastics, wheel centres nee polishing instead of painting....how long ago was it repainted and has anything possibly covered up had chance to resurface? IMO non of this make it less of a car (I love it by the way) but chips away at the price. Also prices are impossible to predict right now as if buyers start speculating they most likely will pay more on the basis of what it should become worth in coming years, especially in your spec. If you had to replace it from a forecourt I guess the cost would be astronomical. At the moment I wouldn't be surprised to see a dealer asking 15k, or offering you 2.5k.. So whats it worth?
