Bilstein B4's Meant To Look Like This?

Got some b4's the numbers are correct but it looks like two different designs on the seal cap. Is this not a bit odd? Any advice on this would be greatly appreciated as I have contracted the ebay seller and waiting for a reply.

Also they didn't come with a boot, does anyone know if the original pug one is intended for use here?

It's just different age's of dampers, you never get boots or anything like that with them or any others, Only the Group N and maybe B6 but you pay allot more for those
