Henry Yorke 269 3 Cars Posted June 11, 2016 There was a genuine one which got shipped to Australia many years ago(probably about 15!!) IIRC along with a fibreglass copy of that front splitter. It was from a Kawazaki Candy Blue 405 which had an Mi16 engine and belonged to a guy called Jason Beardsall. I haven't a clue what happened to it. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

Henry Yorke 269 3 Cars Posted June 17, 2016 I managed to get in touch with Jason: "The spoiler went with the car...then the young lad who bought it wrote it off within a couple of weeks. He stripped everything off it and sold all the parts....I put him onto a guy in Australia called Andreas Martin Martineau (I think) who I had been speaking to for a couple of Years about 405 mods. Andreas managed to get it shipped over to him...sent a few pics of his car with it fitted but they are long gone I'm afraid. AFAIK PeterT got the throttle bodies from it, but the rest I'm not sure. How did you get on with the mondeo spoiler? Yes, managed to win the Mondeo wing. Thanks for the heads up.
