L-Shaped Gear Bracket Bolt

Well, felt too much play in the gearstick on last race (even with bronze bushes inside), and the bolt holding the bracket to the subframe has come loose to some point. (very common issue). I guess I've missed some of the washers while fitting the bushes.

 

The problem is that the bolt won't get off (probably crossthreaded)? So, any ideas how to remove it without damaging the bushes would be appreciated.
