Engine Block For Gti6

Which engine block corresponds to gti6 engine? i had an exident. Connecting rod broke and went out through the engine block and my question is that which xu engine block can be used in addition to the xu10j4rs gti6 engine.

I think some of the XU10J4R have squirters, some don't. Somebody else on here will no which. The XU10J4 definitely has squirters, thus your safest bet.

it seems they're in the larger engined vehicles before November 95, they aren't in 306's, things like 605, also XU10J2's.

Inquiring I came to the information that only 306 s16 and gti6 or xara VTS having the same block in which cylinders have sprinklers for cooling pistons. 605 has the same engine block but no sprinklers in the cylinders.tell me if i am wrong

i have one more question: what flying and lying bearings to use on 1.9 td crankshaft combined with the RFY (s16) block and connecting rods? standard for 1.9 td or s16
