Some of the cheap fuel lines are really rather crap and not up to the PSI of injection.

Swelling fuel pipes cant be fuel pipes, is there braid inside the rubber?

Fuel hose intended for carburettor applications swells up alarmingly (50-100mm dia) when used with an injection pump.
