Steering Rack Bush - Same For Non-Pas And Pas?

Is the nearside steering rack bush (part number 4006.09) the same for both non-PAS and PAS racks?

 

It only appears to be listed under non-PAS on Servicebox (under 205, 309 and Partner vans) and from what I can see the bush isn't listed individually on any of the PAS rack options, although I'm assuming it can be replaced.

 

Whilst the rack is apart, is there any benefit to replacing the sprung "piston" (part number 4062.15) at the other end or doesn't that tend to wear?

I replaced spring and few other gubbins

 

Stopped a small leak and felt better or maybe it was just my imagination
