Anti Roll Bar Rubber Bushes Changing

Another question , so just noticed when changing the front brakes one of my front anti roll bar bushes has split , is changing these as simple as undoing the bolt underneath and changing or is there more involved ?Picture attached Thanks

they are split bushes, thats how they are fitted.

 

original bushes are polyurethane also, not rubber
