How Do I Remove Wing Mirror?

My passenger wing mirror has had a crack in the plastic casing for a while which has been bugging me, so I've just got a whole new one. And wondered how you go about removing the first one?

Carefully prize off the cover from inside the car, it has 3 plastic locating pins that break easily and it reveals 3 screws that pass through the door frame to secure the mirror.

Last one i removed, i didnt back down to a skip lorry, off in a millisecond and through the door window, sat in a pile of glass with a wing mirror in my lap.
