Driving Lights Not Working

I am having problems with my driving lights I have no power to the yellow connections do these only work when engine on?. I have full beam and dip and all other lights work and everthing else seems to work fine. The only loom i have not wired any power to is the engine loom or could it be a relay?.

should work if you have main beam working, there is a relay on the bulkhead for them on a 1.9

will check relay then could be a bad relay.

Driving light relay is on the fuseboard, not the bulkhead.

 

Bulkhead relays are for dim-dip and air horn.
