Oil Top Up?

This is going to sound like a daft question, checked dip stick and need to top up 205 with oil, new oil goes in the black tank thing with Esso sticker on it? That's the filler cap for engine oil right?

Sorry this might seem like a very basic question but can't find my Haynes manual, and have not yet had to change oil on my car.
