No Spark After Sucking On Vacume Pipe On Dizzy

engine has a misfire when starting. Lumpy as hell discovered I had no vacum pipe from dizzy to TB. Put one on and sucked it while trying to start the car. Since doing that no spark at all

Could you pull air through the pipe? If so the vacuum advance is shot,shouldn't be able to pull air through, that's what happens to mine.

No I couldn't. Don't understand how this would give me no spark now?

Maybe here the base plate opening and shutting but that's it.

Excuse my lack of knowledge Welsh pug. But the wiring where. Round the back of the dizzy?

and the signal wire back to the ignition amplifier, common to see them frayed on the plug into the dizzy, and the pins in the plug to the main loom can become loose.

The lead that plugs into the side of the dizzy with one small screw to hold it , the other end has a Bosch connector with the square locking wire going into the loom . The wire inside the insulation fatigues with flex and vibration and breaks - usually close to the dizzy , if you get someone to wobble the wire as you turn the key it might fire up .

New leads are quite rare now but you might find a used one on Ebay .Some people have repaired the original wire I believe .

Welsh pug my signal lead plug that plugs into my dizzy lead is f***ed. Any ideas where I can get one mate? Any help would be great
