Skf Timing Belt Kit

I bought an skf timing belt kit off ebay, comes with tensioner and the belt. It says SKF Argentina on the bearing, I can't find any info on this, im prob just being OTT but I don't wan't to fit a substandard part. Does anyone know if this is normal?

 

My SKF driveshaft was broken when it arrived so I don't have much faith in their quality control.

 

Sorry bit of a random question thought I should ask.
