205 Xs And Number Plate Value

I recently saw an 205 XS on ebay, it had full service history and 45k. It had a crash and the panel and wings had been replaced but looked like a pro job all it needed was respraying as the awesome red had faded. Interesting part, number plate ended BAD which must be worth something.

 

I was very tempted to bid, was thinking I would go up to around 700 it went for about 680. Was not to far away and had mot so I could have just picked it up. I don't need another one though and it felt a bit greedy but was almost too good to resist, if it wasn't for the crash repair I would have had too.

 

My xs is a G reg non sunroof (same as one on ebay) but it dark grey. I paid 460 for mine with 97K and no history not even a log book, mot was due to expire. Its the first car I have ever bought and worth every penny

 

I hope whoever gets the xs on ebay takes good care of it.. maybe its someone on here?

 

Anyone know how much a plate ending BAD is would be worth? I think I would have to keep it if it where mine.
