Handbrake Seal Where's It Go?

Hello, I'm just refurbishing my rear calipers and I'm stuck as to where this little seal goes.

Can any body confirm what order it goes on assembly? I'm guessing it goes on the hand brake lever first (up against the brass lever)

There wasn't any when I stripped them down but as I have them in a new seal kit I'd like to fit them.

I wasn't sure where it went either, when I rebuilt mine, so I put it between the circlip and the sleeve. Like yours mine didn't have that seal.

 

Not sure I have it right though
