Where To Get New Rear Wheel Bearings From?

Recommended Posts

Where to get the best (read: the cheapest) new rear wheel bearings from, for a 1.9 non-ABS?

Branded ones seem really expensive, so I'm looking for dark-side alternatives .

Thanks.

EDIT #1:

The best I've found so far is from GSF:

Subtotal (Incl. Tax) £90.72

Discount -£18.14 - for collection in store

GRAND TOTAL (Inc Tax) £72.58

EDIT #2:

Can I use the cheaper ABS version? I know 306's ABS rear hubs are little bit wider but GSF gives same specs for both 205 ones

I used to buy all my parts from GSF but rarely bother now, unless it's with their weekend 35% online discount.

I've found the best way is to find the part number and do a Google search based on that. I've just bought two SKF front wheel bearings from Amazon for the same price as one budget wheel bearing from GSF. There is a really good thread on here somewhere with all the wheel bearing part numbers that I followed.

I got my new ones for my Goodwood restoration from good old Ebay.

Cost £40 or so per side posted including the hub so good value and the quality was spot on.
