Standard 1.9 alloys are 15 x 6J ET19

If you've got a 309 beam then I can't see that those 15 x 7J ET13 wheels are going to fit without fouling the outer arches on compression, particularly if it's lowered.

It will probably be pretty marginal on fouling the ARB endplate on the trailing arm as well as it'll sit in a few mm further than the standard wheel.

Further to the above, I've just put the numbers into the WillTheyFit website:

The wider wheels will sit 6.7mm nearer to the trailing arm and 18.7mm further out towards the arches compared to the standard 1.9 wheel.

Given that standard 1.9 wheels with 195/50R15 tyres sit fairly close to the trailing arm as standard (you'll sometimes see witness marks on the ARB endplate plastic plug) and normally will wear away the very inner edge of the plastic arches with a 309 beam, I can't help but think that you're going to have rubbing issues even with the same sized tyres. Should be alright on the front though, just the rear that'll be marginal.

Link here to the site woth the details already filled in so that you can see.
