Tu3S Be4 Conversion

I'm going to do the be4 conversion on my xs. I've gathered all the parts needed but before I put it all together i want to swap the be4 internals. I just want to know do you have to swap everything in the gearbox over like the selector mechanism and the forks etc or can you just put the be3 shafts and keep the remaining be4 gubbins ?
