Starter Wiring

Morning,

 

Because I am changing my steering column I have decided to do away with the steering lock and key and fit a combined ignition and starter switch.

 

The switch has 3 wires, my question is I am just wondering which of the 4 wires I will need from the standard ignition barrel. I guess I will need to join the first 2 positions together?
