Just thought I'd post this link for some cool photos taken at RAF Thurleigh which is where lots of the cars ended up (and I believe are still there as it will cost a fortune to dispose of them).

It's mental isn't it?!? If only people knew a few years ago what the cars would be worth now, surely more than the £2k they were given by dealers. A 635csi ffs!

I'm surprised it would cost a fortune to dispose of them - there must be plenty of breakers and/or scrap metal dealers that would buy them.
