Removing Lower Dash / Gear Surround

Hi, I'll be removing the lower dash (below the radio) and gear surround on my 205 this weekend, I've had a look and can't see how it's attached.

 

I need to remove it without removing the rest of the dash if possible, are there some hidden screws / clips that I need to get to? It's a circuit car so I won't be reusing the lower dash and I don't mind if I have to destroy it to remove it, but would rather not go down the brute force method if possible!

Pretty straight forward as most screws are visible.

 

The only hidden ones are 2 m6 nuts that need undoing under where the radio is slotted in
