Oz Superleggras Stud Hole Size

I have just acquired some 15x7 OZ superleggras, I knew they were Et37 and would need spacers to fit as they are ford fitment wheels, but strangely the stud/bolt hole size is more like M14 rather than the Pug/Ford M12 size studs.

 

The previous owner has been running them on M12 studs, and the tapered nuts all fit properly to center them up, well once I have the correct spigot rings on they will

 

Do OZ wheels come like this? I have checked my C5 wheels and while they do have a bit of clearance around the hole, they aren't as big as these OZ rims.

my smr wheels have a 13mm hole, the spacers 14mm and team dynamics have 15mm, all for normal m12 bolts/studs
