Bilstein Rear Shocks Vs 5206Te ?

Recommended Posts

idoari

Hi,

since the 5206TE shock is no longer availabe from peugeot , i'm not sure what to put instead.

i can put the bilstein 19-019314 (direct replacement for the 5206te) or i can get the OFFICIAL DIRECT replacment part from peugeot which is the 98 114 026 80 (that looks very different from the original and also thinner).

does anyone had exprience with the 5206 TE AND the bilstein - how the bilstein behaves compare to the original ?

do you think i should go with the GENUINE REPLACEMENT or the Bilstein ?

Thanks

Ido
