Spade/electrical Connectors?

Hi

 

Is Peugeot the only place I can buy new electrical terminals for wiring looms? Just need the metal female and male spade connectors.

 

Are the crim tools specific to PUG or will standard crimp tool work??

As far as I'm aware, they're Peugeot / Citroen specific, it was the only place I could find them.

 

The crimping tool is a standard non insulated crimping tool. I bought a ratchet one on eBay for about £15.

Many of the one's for multiplugs such as the infamous brown plugs are Peugeot/Citroen specific as far as i know.

 

But some others like the ECU plug and connections to most of the management components (injectors, AFM and the like) are standard JPT and can be bought from more or less any electrical supplier.

Thanks, I have the ratchet crimper. Its mainly for the headlamp area as this seems particularly bad, hopefully won't be too expensive!

They are fairly expensive for what they are, 40-50p each for some of them!

In bags of 10 as well. Dealers should have no problem getting them in...or taking your money from you!
