Anyone In The North West Who Can Help?

Bit of a cry for help! I need a hand fitting a replacement cylinder head to my Mi16, it's just a little beyond me! It is a 1.9 head with kent cams that needs fitting to my 2ltr bottom end, I am lead to believe that I will need a mixture of head bolts (will clarify but if someone knows straight off please shout up!).

 

I am located in Manchester so I can either bring the car to whoever it may be alternatively, there is always beer in my fridge

 

The only piece of equipment I am missing is a torque drive to precisely tighten the head bolts.
