Can Anyone Point Me In The Direction Of Wiring Diagrams?

Hi, done a search and googled it but can only really find P1/1.5 and Haynes manual diagrams that are particularly great. I'm after wiring diagrams for H reg Gti P2, mainly dash, head lamps and engine with fuse box plug descriptions

Hopefully someone can help, I'm rewiring after a small fire in the loom and want to try to trace the cause before I liven it all up again!

Make sure you have the orange Haynes manual and not the red one as that has better wiring diagrams in them. I think M@tt had a link to them in his signature. Autodata is really your friend here though if you can get a copy.

Thanks, I have just brought the red Haynes manual :-(

 

Think I have Autodata at my dads, he runs a garage, certainly had it a while back for cambelts etc

autodata will only have engine management, a late orange workshop manual is what you need, there aremt any significant differences in how stuff works but may be laid out differently
