I wasn't sure if this should be posted here, but couldn't see anywhere else to post it?

I like the look of this, does anybody know the car?

Thanks in advance :)

It looks OK apart from that fmic. It says it was a standard show car 5 years ago. Shot themselves in the foot modify it then lol

I must agree, the FMIC is fitted terribly.
I might pop along and have a look at it tomorrow (as I am close by tomorrow) and see what its like.

The price doesn't look too bad, so long as its been done nicely.

No interior shots, and no rear shots, also nothing mentioned about the underside.

However, if its on the market for £6k, they must of only given £4-£4.5k as they know people will knock them down, and they will want £1.5-£2k margin at a guess.
If they bought it at that price, it would suggest either its not as good as it sounds, or the builder/owner got fed up of trying to solve a problem that he couldn't get to the bottom of?

Jesus that intercooler is shocking, mega tidy and that just kills it, there's no excuse for not getting everything behind the bumper and valance keeping it a standard looking car. Mind you if you do buy it it's not a hard fix to get it a smart looking fast 205.

As said that intercooler is shocking, however the rest of the car is pretty mint. 265BHP monster!

Looking at the way the intercooler is fitted I'd be concerned how well the rest of the conversion has been done.

This used to be owned by cg cars of Leicester. I had arranged to buy it a couple of years ago for 3200 quid, although the engine bay seems to have been tidied up since.

I was going to strip it and put the nice bits on mine (diff, rotrex) but upon viewing, the initial 6 conversion looked very messy (was done by cg cars), rear beam was buggered and not 309 unit as initially advertised. The c5 rims has a couple of decent dings, along with one ding in the cage which would have me worried.

The body looked fairly clean though.
