Bleedin The Air From Electric Roof Cabriolet

Anyone know how's this done also would PAS fluid be OK to use?

it will bleed itself and i wouldnt use pas fluid although it would work the pump needs mineral oil like trolley jacks

Sounds like it has air in it. Also seems a little under powered.

Pump seals or ram seals had it, does the pump slow down under pressure or does it run normal and just painfully slow rams

Probably worth operating the hood and giving it a helping hand for the first time. My old cti needed that for the first time and then got better.

The roof cross member sticks to the vinyl and makes a noise similar to when the PAS system has air in it, I often have to separate the vinyl from the roof member where it sticks to get it to open. closing it I don't have any problems other than the noise.

If the pump makes random noises in operation its a sign that its running out of fluid as its pumping despite having enough in the reservoir, have you checked the level?

Probably too low. I'll look into getting some more fluid for it.
