Ignition Amplifier Fixing Point

Trying to put my looms back in the car and can't figure how the ignition amplifier (sure that's what it is following a search) and its bracket go back together and where do they go.

 

It's a phase 2 1.6. I know it screws onto a plate which then attaches to a longer angled bracket. Can't figure whether it goes block, wing or bulkhead. I thought it was bulkhead but don't think there's enough length on the loom for that.

 

A pic would be great if anyone has one. Searched and googled but can't find anything.

I haven't got a picture but I think it'll bolt to a bracket on the right hand strut tower just above the upper cambelt cover, next to the fuel filter.

 

That's where it fits on my phase 2 GTI's anyway.

Ah, so the long thin part of the bracket goes on the same studs as used for the fuel filter bracket?
