Diagbox Question

Iv had a clone version of diagbox for a while and have never had my laptop connected to the Internet because the installation instructions said you need the anti virus turned off which is fine, but could I connect to the Internet to use the service box links for part numbers etc?

I wouldn't chance it, most of the clone versions say to not be connected to the Internet when using it.

I thought as much, but I thought better to ask than try it and it all go wrong.
