Gti Spot Light - How To Separate Glass & Reflector?

The glass & reflector seem to be 'glued' together with some form of still-flexible sealant - don't know if this is normal but can anyone suggest best way to (non-destructively !) separate them?

I'm sure daviewonder separated his and I seem to remember he put them in the oven, try giving him a PM.

Not done it with GTI lights but have with others - oven on as low as it'll go (mine is 80 deg C) and put light in for 10 mins. If it doesn't separate easily, put it back in for a bit longer. When it's warm enough, they come apart very easily.
