Gti Vs Base Model Bumpers

I'm sure this must have been asked but I can't seem to find it on a search: Are the base model front and rear bumpers compatible with the GTi?

 

They have different part #s on servicebox, however the code for the red GTi insert is the same as the red option on a base model, so I'm assuming that the dimensions are the same and the differences are the holes drilled in the GTi bumpers to accept the arch trims?

 

Anyone know for certain?
