Anyone Used First Line Wheel Bearings?

Looking to change my front wheel bearings as I've just bought a pair of second hand 1.6 GTI Hubs

 

So many variants of them, have searched on here too. But the ones my local factors have offered me are made by First Line.

 

Anyone used them?

Unfortunately they can't get hold of any SKF bearings.

first line is just a brand, last one I fitted was an SNR bearing in the first line box , though some of the other stuff varies drastically in quality, bearings seem ok in my experience so far.

I'm struggling to find some decent ones, want them for Saturday so I can drop them down my local garage for them to press them in.

 

Any suggestions Mei?

Go to Pug and ask them to order the Eurorepar bearings, those should be good

Same experience as WP, first line box SNR bearing

Brt are generally good, often skf in the boxes.
