Servo With Supercharger.

Recommended Posts

boldy205

I have a gti6 engine in my 205 gti, with a rotrex lynx kit I'm fitting at the moment. I'm unsure what to do with the servo pipe, can I just fit it straight from the servo to inlet manifold, as I guess the manifold would now be under pressure not vacuum?

Thanks

Matt

Forgot to mention I don't have the pump any more. Can I run it directly from servo to manifold?

put the pump back on

I guess you could run it off the manifold but would need a one way valve

Well there's an idea!???? I don't have a pump to fit, there is a hole for the take off on manifold which lynx do state to run to pump then pump to servo, which seems odd if you can just fit a one way valve and straight to servo don't you think? Guess I will just try it straight to servo with valve and try. Not sure there will be enough vacuum to operate the servo correctly?
